2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made in our online store at dorvex.ee.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). The price shown at checkout is final. VAT is handled according to applicable law — some items may be sold under the margin scheme for collectors’ items, or may be VAT-exempt.

Items sold under the margin scheme for collectors’ items (Article 313 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC): VAT is included in the price, is not shown separately on the invoice and cannot be reclaimed.

4. Orders and contract

The contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by email. Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, if the item is no longer available, in case of suspected fraud, payment failure or technical error. In that case you receive a full refund.

5. Products

Each coin is a unique item. The item shown in the photos is the item you receive. Grades shown are the grades assigned by the certification service (NGC, PCGS or PMG); we do not assign grades ourselves.

Grading standards differ between certification services and may change over time. Dorvex is not responsible for differences between grading services or for future re-grading results. Descriptions of ungraded items are our own assessment and are kept conservative.

9. Liability

As far as permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.

Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia. EU consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may also bring proceedings in their country of residence.
