Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia, with Omniva (Estonian Post). Every order is sent with tracking if the shipping method you choose supports it.

Other carriers (e.g. DHL, DPD) may be available on request, depending on the destination. Terms and price by agreement.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery areas and prices

We deliver to the Baltic states (Omniva parcel machines) and to EU and international destinations. The available shipping methods and the exact price are calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the products in your cart.

Estimated delivery times

These are estimates, not guarantees:

Baltic states: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: usually 3–10 business days
Outside the EU: longer, depending on destination and customs

Packaging

Coins are packed securely for transport. Graded coins are shipped in protective packaging that keeps the certification holder safe.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and any courier handling fees in the destination country (DAP).
